The past 3 weeks I've been traveling Europe, attended LSE Urban Age 'Shaping Cities' conference at the Venice Biennale, worked with refugees resettling in Berlin, and have been hiding #postitpoems on city walls throughout the continent for the delight of unsuspecting passerby.
